- 2+ years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fast-casual or QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) environment
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Proven track record of managing teams and driving operational success
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of food safety standards and operational procedures
- Strong financial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets, labor, and food costs
- Passion for food, hospitality, and creating an outstanding customer experience
- Spanish bilingual a plus
- Basic computer knowledge
Job Duties
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of managers and staff to achieve operational goals and exceed customer expectations
- Oversee daily operations, including inventory, staffing, customer service, and food safety
- Drive sales through effective marketing, promotions, and community engagement
- Manage the P&L, ensuring profitability while maintaining operational efficiency
- Develop and execute strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards at all times
- Handle employee performance, training, and development, fostering a positive and high-performance work environment
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally
- Monitor and maintain restaurant budget, controlling labor and food costs
