Job Requirements

  • Proven ability to manage budgets and control costs

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fast-casual or QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) environment
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Proven track record of managing teams and driving operational success
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and operational procedures
  • Strong financial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets, labor, and food costs
  • Passion for food, hospitality, and creating an outstanding customer experience
  • Spanish bilingual a plus
  • Basic computer knowledge

Job Duties

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of managers and staff to achieve operational goals and exceed customer expectations
  • Oversee daily operations, including inventory, staffing, customer service, and food safety
  • Drive sales through effective marketing, promotions, and community engagement
  • Manage the P&L, ensuring profitability while maintaining operational efficiency
  • Develop and execute strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards at all times
  • Handle employee performance, training, and development, fostering a positive and high-performance work environment
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally
  • Monitor and maintain restaurant budget, controlling labor and food costs
