- 2+ years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fast-casual or QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) environment
- must be at least 18 years of age
- proven track record of managing teams and driving operational success
- strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- knowledge of food safety standards and operational procedures
- strong financial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets, labor, and food costs
- passion for food, hospitality, and creating an outstanding customer experience
- Spanish bilingual a plus
- basic computer knowledge
Job Duties
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of managers and staff to achieve operational goals and exceed customer expectations
- oversee daily operations, including inventory, staffing, customer service, and food safety
- drive sales through effective marketing, promotions, and community engagement
- manage the P&L, ensuring profitability while maintaining operational efficiency
- develop and execute strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards at all times
- handle employee performance, training, and development, fostering a positive and high-performance work environment
- resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally
- monitor and maintain restaurant budget, controlling labor and food costs
