- excellent customer service skills
- must be able to walk for duration of shift
- must be able to carry and balance trays weighing up to 10 pounds
- must be able to obtain and maintain any necessary licenses or certifications

Job Duties
- greet guests in a friendly, courteous and timely manner
- take beverage orders and deliver beverages
- circulate throughout assigned work station continuously
- carry and balance full tray of beverages
- receive and understand beverage orders and relay to bartenders
- compute charges and accept payments
- provide complimentary beverages following company policy
