Job Requirements
- Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion required
- If assigned duties include selling or serving alcohol completion of legally required state or local training and obtaining required certification is required
- Good public speaking listening and responding abilities
- Ability to perform calculations quickly and accurately
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to identify and resolve problems effectively
- Ability to work under pressure
- Adherence to company dress code and attendance policies
- Physical ability to stand walk sit use hands reach climb balance stoop kneel crouch crawl and lift up to 60 pounds
- Must meet vision requirements including close distance peripheral and depth perception

- Knowledge of federal state and local food safety laws and alcohol service training if applicable
Job Duties
- Operating POS system including proper handling and accuracy of cash drawer credit cards travelers checks gift cards and redeemed discount tickets passes and coupons
- Up selling and suggestive selling of premium viewing experiences such as 3D RPX IMAX
- Promoting the Regal Crown Club program
- Ensuring tickets are sold in compliance with the MPAA rating system and company policies
- Responding to phone calls and guest questions in a courteous manner consistent with guest service philosophy
- Operating concession equipment preparation and cleaning
- Complying with all local state and federal food safety laws and alcohol service regulations
- Inspecting backpacks and packages when applicable
- Managing crowd control and assisting guests with seat location
- Conducting in-theatre inspections to monitor sound and picture quality and maintaining cleanliness in auditoriums and public areas
- Reporting issues discrepancies or unusual situations to management
- Assisting with opening and closing duties as assigned by management
