Job Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to handle and maneuver vehicles safely
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to maintain a professional and courteous attitude
- Availability to work scheduled shifts and rotate stations
- Physical ability to perform duties including walking, standing, and light lifting
- Willingness to operate vehicles to transport customers and vehicles
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards

- Basic knowledge of vehicle handling and service procedures
Job Duties
- Be ready for work at start of shift and assist guests
- Maintain positive interactions with co-workers, managers, and customers with professionalism and courtesy
- Bag all incoming vehicles including installing paper floor mats
- Move vehicles forward on service drive for both incoming and outgoing
- Open service garage doors for customers as needed
- Park vehicles in designated customer parking areas and mark spot on key tag accordingly
- Promptly take keys to dispatch board and hang up on corresponding peg
- Abide by speed limit and drive cautiously and safely
- Retrieve keys from cashier and deliver vehicles down on service drive including vehicle preparation tasks such as removing mats, bags, and hangtags
- Wipe down customer vehicles visibly to customers, including steering wheel, shifter, door handles, and window switches
- Connect customers with service advisors for paperwork questions
- Deliver customers to appropriate team members
- Transport vehicles between Dolan Auto Group locations and possibly vendors or other dealerships
- Shuttle customers to and from home and work
- Clean shop equipment and maintain cleanliness of service areas
- Empty garbage bins and dispose of tires/boxes as necessary
- Fill up shuttle vans and customer cars with gas
- Complete daily check sheets and work assigned stations on schedule
