Job Requirements
- must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- have excellent customer service skills
- be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- have the physical ability to perform vehicle handling and cleaning tasks
- ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- willingness to maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times

Job Duties
- be ready for work at start of shift and assist guests
- maintain positive interactions with co-workers, managers, and customers with professionalism and courtesy
- bag all incoming vehicles including installing paper floor mats
- move vehicles forward on service drive for incoming and outgoing
- open service garage doors for customers as needed
- park vehicles in designated customer parking areas and mark spot on key tag
- promptly take keys to dispatch board and hang on peg corresponding to key tag
- abide by speed limit, drive cautiously and safely
- retrieve keys from cashier and deliver vehicle on service drive removing floor mats, bags, old stickers, key rings, and hangtags
- wipe down customer vehicle including steering wheel, shifter, door handles, and window switches
- be friendly and courteous while interacting with guests
- connect customers with advisor or drive manager for paperwork questions
- deliver customers to appropriate service team members
- transport and deliver vehicles to all Dolan Auto Group locations and vendors
- shuttle customers to and from home and work
- clean shop equipment when requested
- empty garbage bins on service drive and parking areas
- dispose of tires and boxes as necessary
- fill shuttle vans and customer cars with gas
- maintain cleanliness of shuttle vans, service drive, and parking areas including sweeping and picking up debris
- fill out daily check sheet with initials
- work scheduled stations as assigned following rotation schedule
