Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Able to perform repetitive body movements such as squatting, twisting, kneeling, bending, stooping, fast paced walking, and light jogging
- Capable of lifting or moving up to 50 pounds without assistance
- Willingness to work outdoors and be exposed to extreme temperature ranges
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid drivers license

Job Duties
- Be ready for work at start of shift and available to assist guest
- Maintain positive interactions with co-workers, managers, and customers
- Bag all incoming vehicles including installing paper floor mats
- Move vehicles forward on service drive both incoming and outgoing
- Open service garage doors for customers as needed
- Park vehicles in designated customer parking areas and mark spot on key tag
- Promptly take keys to dispatch board and hang on peg corresponding with key tag
- Abide by speed limit and drive cautiously
- Retrieve keys from cashier and deliver vehicle down on service drive
- Remove paper floor mat, remove bag from seat, adhere new oil change sticker on windshield, remove key ring and hangtag from vehicle
- Wipe down customer vehicles including steering wheel and door handles
- Be friendly and courteous while interacting with guests
- Connect customers with service advisors or drive managers for questions
- Deliver customers to appropriate service team members
- Transport and deliver vehicles to Dolan Auto Group locations and vendors
- Shuttle customers to and from home and work
- Clean shop equipment when requested
- Empty garbage bins on service drive and garage parking areas
- Dispose of tires and boxes
- Fill shuttle vans and customer cars with gas
- Maintain cleanliness of shuttle vans and service areas
- Fill out daily check sheet with initials
- Work scheduled stations as assigned
