Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to perform repetitive body movements such as squatting, twisting, kneeling, bending, stooping, fast paced walking, and light jogging
- Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds without assistance
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Customer service experience preferred
Job Duties
- Be ready for work at start of shift and assist guests
- Maintain positive interactions with co-workers, managers, and customers
- Bag incoming vehicles including installing paper floor mats
- Move vehicles forward on service drive and open garage doors
- Park vehicles in designated areas and mark spot on key tag
- Take keys to dispatch board and hang on corresponding peg
- Abide by speed limits and drive cautiously and safely
- Retrieve keys from cashier and deliver vehicles down on service drive including removing mats, bags, and hangtags
- Wipe down customer vehicles including steering wheel, shifter, door handles, and window switches
- Provide friendly and courteous interactions with guests
- Connect customers with service advisors or managers when needed
- Deliver customers to appropriate team members
- Transport vehicles to all Dolan Auto Group locations and vendor sites
- Shuttle customers to and from home and work
- Clean shop equipment and empty garbage bins
- Dispose of tires and boxes
- Fill shuttle vans and customer cars with gas
- Maintain cleanliness of shuttle vans and service areas including sweeping and debris removal
- Fill out daily check sheet and work scheduled stations as assigned
