Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to perform repetitive body movements such as squatting, twisting, kneeling, bending, stooping, fast paced walking, and light jogging
- Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds without assistance
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Availability to work scheduled shifts
- Reliable transportation to and from work

Job Duties
- Be ready for work at start of shift and available to assist guests
- Maintain positive interactions with co-workers, managers, and customers with professionalism and courtesy
- Bag all incoming vehicles including installing paper floor mats
- Move vehicles forward on service drive for incoming and outgoing vehicles
- Open the service garage doors for customers as needed
- Park vehicles in designated customer parking areas and mark spot on key tag
- Promptly take keys to dispatch board and hang up on peg corresponding with key tag numbers
- Drive cautiously and abide by speed limits
- Promptly retrieve keys from cashier and deliver vehicle down on service drive and remove all protective items
- Wipe down customer vehicle including interior and exterior touchpoints
- Connect customers with appropriate service personnel for inquiries
- Deliver customers to appropriate team members in service area
- Transport and deliver vehicles to all Dolan Auto Group locations and vendors as required
- Shuttle customers to and from home and work
- Clean shop equipment upon request
- Empty garbage bins and dispose of tires/boxes
- Fill shuttle vans and customer cars with gas
- Maintain cleanliness of shuttle vans and service drive areas
- Complete daily check sheet with initials and work scheduled stations as assigned
