Job Duties
- Answer incoming service calls, emails, and internet leads
- Help customers with scheduling appointments
- Update guest information in our systems
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of potential servicing that may be needed
- Maintain ongoing relationships with customers
- Answer customers' questions and understand potential services they may need
- Outbound calling to confirm service appointments
- Customer follow-up
