Job Duties

  • Answer incoming service calls, emails, and internet leads
  • Help customers with scheduling appointments
  • Update guest information in our systems
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of potential servicing that may be needed
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with customers
  • Answer customers' questions and understand potential services they may need
  • Outbound calling to confirm service appointments
  • Customer follow-up
