Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or sales call center preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Proficient with computers and standard office applications

Job Duties
- Answer incoming sales calls, emails, and internet leads
- Help customers find the best time to view our inventory
- Long-term follow-up with prospective clients
- Set appointments with sales
- Update guest information in our systems
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the different vehicles available
- Maintain ongoing relationships with customers
- Assist guests in completing purchases online
