Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in sales or customer service preferred
- ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- proficiency in basic computer applications
- ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- strong customer service orientation
- detail-oriented work approach

Job Duties
- Answer incoming sales calls, emails, and internet leads
- help customers find the best time to view our inventory
- long-term follow-up with prospective clients
- set appointments with sales
- update guest information in our systems
- maintain a thorough knowledge of the different vehicles available
- maintain ongoing relationships with customers
- assist guests in completing purchases online
