Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Detail oriented
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to perform repetitive body movements such as squatting, twisting, kneeling, bending, stooping, fast paced walking and light jogging
- Capable of lifting or moving up to 50 pounds without assistance
- Willingness to work in varied weather conditions including extreme temperatures
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Ensure facilities and public spaces are kept clean and stocked throughout the day
- Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming public spaces, showrooms, and offices
- Empty trash in public spaces, showrooms, offices, and parking garages
- Maintaining stock of cleaning supplies and reporting when low
- Report damages to the Maintenance Team for repairs
- Comply with health and safety regulations
