Job Qualifications
- An associate's degree and 5-7 years of related experience
- Experience overseeing daily operations of services in a defined region including locations around the globe and geographically dispersed personnel
- Ability to communicate effectively and respond to complex inquiries
- Supervisory experience
- Experience leading, managing, directing, or working as part of a geographically dispersed team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite of Applications and virtual meeting platforms
- Ability to work well with military clients and communicate orally and in writing
- Ability to travel up to 25 percent
- Master's degree is an additional desired qualification
Job Duties
- Assist the Project Manager in implementing the Department of Labor's Employment Navigator pilot program for transitioning servicemembers worldwide
- Successfully execute DOL TAP facilitation for transitioning service members
- Manage and oversee geographically dispersed Employment Navigators, Facilitators and Site Leads at multiple military installations worldwide
- Coordinate with installation Designated Governmental Representatives
- Oversee daily operations of services in a defined region including global locations and dispersed personnel
- Train personnel and ensure policies and procedures are followed to meet client needs
- Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and maintain working relationships with internal and external customers
