Job Requirements
- Ability to lift food and belongings weighing up to 50 pounds
- Handle animals weighing up to 150 pounds
- Work standing, walking, and bending for 6-8 hour shifts
- Receptionist experience of at least 1 year
- Ability to commute to Lakewood, OH 44107

Job Duties
- Greet and engage with clients during check-in process
- Facilitate pets going into daycare, boarding or grooming
- Provide excellent customer service while communicating policies and procedures to clients
- Handle inbound and outbound calls
- Confidence in collecting and discussing money for services rendered
- Scheduling for daycare and overnight guests, trial days and grooming clients
- Keep lobby, kitchenette and workspace clean
- Give tours of the facility
- Communicate with clients via e-mail
- Update social media
- Communicate with veterinary hospitals when in need of medical records
- Enter client information, scheduling and payment in computer
- Upsell services, accommodations and products
