Job Requirements
- Has served at least 180 days on active duty
- Is within 12 months of separation or retirement
- Will receive an honorable discharge
- Has completed any required service TAPS/TGPS
- Has attended or participated in an ethics brief within the last 12 months
- Received Unit Commander’s written authorization and approval to participate in DoD SkillBridge Program
- Must be able to work full-time, on-site
- Must be able to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field with 8 years of related experience or military experience
- OR Master's degree in STEM with 6 years of related experience or military experience
- OR PhD in STEM with 4 years of related experience or military experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain DoD 8140 approved IAT Level II certification
- Familiarity with payloads operations or communications/networking operations
- Competence in Linux, troubleshooting, engineering documents, tools, and equipment
- Active DoD Top Secret clearance
- Ability to obtain and maintain SCI access
- Ability to obtain a CI polygraph
- Ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program clearance
Job Duties
- Coordinate onboarding training for all FSRs/SEs
- Deliver and support training sessions
- Coordinate recurring training plans and ensure currency requirements
- Identify and address systemic training gaps with stakeholders
- Track training progress and certification of FSRs/SEs
- Execute final training scenarios and check flights for certification
- Ensure availability of lab resources for all trainings
