Job Requirements
- Must have active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application
- Ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program approval
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- At least 8 years of project management experience for Sr Principal level with Bachelor’s degree
- Eligible for DoD Skillbridge Military Internship if applicable
- No relocation assistance available
- U.S. citizenship required
- Able to work 40 hours per week on premises
- Must be detail-oriented and highly organized
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM discipline preferred
- Active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance
- Experience in defense industry supporting government contracts
- Proficiency in Agile Program Management
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience with Chief of Staff functions preferred
- Familiarity with data analytics and EVMS
- AS9100 certified internal auditor preferred
Job Duties
- Serve as program integrator for the SLCM-N Program and the Flexible Deterrence System portfolio
- Coordinate business, technical, and programmatic activities to ensure program success
- Communicate technical approaches and findings effectively to senior management and customers
- Develop innovative solutions to complex problems utilizing ingenuity and innovation
- Prepare detailed briefings and reports using MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Manage Agile program processes and timelines
- Act as a consultant and advisor to management on key organizational policies and objectives
