Job Requirements
- Must have an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance
- Ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program approval
- Sr Principal project management experience with 8 years bachelor’s degree or 6 years master’s degree or 4 years PhD
- Principal project management experience with 5 years bachelor’s degree or 3 years master’s degree or 1 year PhD
- U.S. citizenship required
- Ability to work a 9/80 schedule
- No relocation assistance available
- Must be able to work in Huntsville, AL
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in STEM discipline preferred
- Experience in the defense industry
- Knowledge of government contracts
- AS9100 certified internal auditor preferred
- Experience with Chief of Staff functions
- Data analytics skills
- Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS)
- Excellent communication and briefing skills
- Proficient in Agile program management and Microsoft Office tools
Job Duties
- Serve as program integrator for the SLCM-N Program and Flexible Deterrence System portfolio
- Coordinate and communicate program status and progress to management and stakeholders
- Apply Agile program management techniques to oversee project timelines and deliverables
- Develop and present technical approaches using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Problem solve complex programmatic issues and develop innovative solutions
- Act as consultant to senior management and external stakeholders on program policies and objectives
- Manage multiple complex assignments with minimal direction and exercise considerable latitude in decision-making
