Job Requirements
- Active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application
- Ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program approval
- 8 years project management experience with bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience may substitute for degree
- Ability to work a 9/80 schedule
- U.S. citizenship required
- Must meet DoD SkillBridge eligibility if applying through the internship program
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline preferred
- Experience in the defense industry supporting government contracts
- Knowledge of Agile Program Management
- Skilled in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with data analytics
- AS9100 certified internal auditor preferred
- Experience with Chief of Staff functions preferred
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Must have DoD Secret clearance
Job Duties
- Serve as program integrator for the SLCM-N Program and Flexible Deterrence System portfolio
- Develop new concepts, techniques, and standards
- Communicate effectively and present technical approaches and findings
- Solve complex problems using ingenuity and innovation
- Work independently on complex assignments
- Brief senior management and customers
- Act as consultant and advisor on program integration matters
