Job Requirements

  • Active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program approval
  • 8 years project management experience with bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience may substitute for degree
  • Ability to work a 9/80 schedule
  • U.S. citizenship required
  • Must meet DoD SkillBridge eligibility if applying through the internship program

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline preferred
  • Experience in the defense industry supporting government contracts
  • Knowledge of Agile Program Management
  • Skilled in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with data analytics
  • AS9100 certified internal auditor preferred
  • Experience with Chief of Staff functions preferred
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Must have DoD Secret clearance

Job Duties

  • Serve as program integrator for the SLCM-N Program and Flexible Deterrence System portfolio
  • Develop new concepts, techniques, and standards
  • Communicate effectively and present technical approaches and findings
  • Solve complex problems using ingenuity and innovation
  • Work independently on complex assignments
  • Brief senior management and customers
  • Act as consultant and advisor on program integration matters
