Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- minimum of 1 year of related experience preferred
- previous experience in production or manufacturing environment preferred
- previous powered industrial truck and forklift experience preferred
- must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- must be able to work independently without constant supervision
- must be able to problem solve
- must have great attention to detail
- must be able to work in cold environment
- must be able to become certified operator for both the powered industrial truck and forklift
- must be able to work in a fast paced environment
- must be able to work extended hours and weekends if needed
- candidates must successfully pass post-offer pre-employment drug test background screen and physical

Job Duties
- Operate powered industrial truck and forklift safely
- conduct pre-operational inspections of equipment
- operate scanning devices and complete required transactions
- pick fresh and frozen products
- load and unload trucks while completing documentation
- perform maintenance and housekeeping duties
- manage cooler and freezer operations
- repair and sort pallets
- perform other duties as assigned
