Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to obtain local food handlers and alcohol serving permits before work schedule
  • Must be able to work all shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Minimum one-year food and beverage serving experience
  • Knowledge of POS and reservation systems
  • Physical stamina to lift moderate weight
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail in service and cash handling
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and collaborative teamwork skills

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Minimum one-year previous food and beverage serving experience in fine dining or family style dining
  • Ability to obtain local food handlers and alcohol serving permits prior to schedule placement
  • Refined verbal communication skills for engaging with guests and colleagues
  • Confidence in knowledge of menu and beverage offerings including alcohol, beer, and wine
  • Knowledge of POS and reservation systems
  • Ability to work all shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Physical stamina to lift moderate weight and stand for long periods
  • Attention to detail in service and cash handling
  • Ability to foster positive working relationships with team members

Job Duties

  • Submit guest menu selections and present food and beverage options
  • Provide knowledgeable recommendations on cuisine and drink offerings
  • Engage guests with friendly conversation to create a memorable dining experience
  • Perform general restaurant preparation and maintain sanitation
  • Deliver food and beverage orders timely and professionally
  • Handle cash and manage pre and post shift duties accurately
  • Foster positive relationships with colleagues to enhance teamwork
