Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to obtain local food handlers and alcohol serving permits before work schedule
- Must be able to work all shifts including weekends and holidays
- Minimum one-year food and beverage serving experience
- Knowledge of POS and reservation systems
- Physical stamina to lift moderate weight
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail in service and cash handling
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and collaborative teamwork skills
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Minimum one-year previous food and beverage serving experience in fine dining or family style dining
- Ability to obtain local food handlers and alcohol serving permits prior to schedule placement
- Refined verbal communication skills for engaging with guests and colleagues
- Confidence in knowledge of menu and beverage offerings including alcohol, beer, and wine
- Knowledge of POS and reservation systems
- Ability to work all shifts including weekends and holidays
- Physical stamina to lift moderate weight and stand for long periods
- Attention to detail in service and cash handling
- Ability to foster positive working relationships with team members
Job Duties
- Submit guest menu selections and present food and beverage options
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on cuisine and drink offerings
- Engage guests with friendly conversation to create a memorable dining experience
- Perform general restaurant preparation and maintain sanitation
- Deliver food and beverage orders timely and professionally
- Handle cash and manage pre and post shift duties accurately
- Foster positive relationships with colleagues to enhance teamwork
