Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Preparing ingredients including washing, chopping, and measuring ingredients according to recipes and chefs’ instructions
  • Executing cooking and plating recipes under supervision, ensuring consistency with restaurant standards and presentation guidelines
  • Maintaining workstation cleanliness and organization throughout service
  • Cleaning the food truck after shifts, including filtering fryers and unloading dishes
  • Setting up stations by preparing sauces, dressings, and other components essential for daily menu items
  • Following food safety protocols for handling, sanitation, storage, and rotation
  • Operating and maintaining kitchen equipment such as knives, ovens, and blenders for safe and efficient use
  • Organizing food deliveries by storing products appropriately and maintaining food rotation
