Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Ability to obtain local food handler and alcohol permits
  • Availability to work all shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to lift moderate weight
  • Knowledge of POS and reservation systems
  • Attention to detail in handling cash and preparing drinks
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages
  • Ability to obtain local food handlers and alcohol serving permits prior to work
  • Strong verbal communication skills for engaging with guests and colleagues
  • Confidence in knowledge of menu and beverage offerings including alcohol, beer, and wine
  • Attention to detail in service, cash handling, and pre/post shift work
  • Ability to foster positive relationships within the team
  • Familiarity with POS and reservation systems
  • Available to work all shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Physical stamina for standing long periods and lifting moderate weight

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Prepare and serve mixed drinks, beer, and wine following established recipes
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and equipment
  • Offer customized beverage recommendations based on guest preferences
  • Adhere to all local and state alcohol serving regulations and sanitation standards
  • Handle cash and operate POS systems accurately
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure efficient service delivery
