Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- Ability to obtain local food handler and alcohol permits
- Availability to work all shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Physical ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift moderate weight
- Knowledge of POS and reservation systems
- Attention to detail in handling cash and preparing drinks
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages
- Ability to obtain local food handlers and alcohol serving permits prior to work
- Strong verbal communication skills for engaging with guests and colleagues
- Confidence in knowledge of menu and beverage offerings including alcohol, beer, and wine
- Attention to detail in service, cash handling, and pre/post shift work
- Ability to foster positive relationships within the team
- Familiarity with POS and reservation systems
- Available to work all shifts including weekends and holidays
- Physical stamina for standing long periods and lifting moderate weight
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Prepare and serve mixed drinks, beer, and wine following established recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and equipment
- Offer customized beverage recommendations based on guest preferences
- Adhere to all local and state alcohol serving regulations and sanitation standards
- Handle cash and operate POS systems accurately
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure efficient service delivery
