Job Requirements
- Minimum of high school education
- minimum of one year experience in hotel or restaurant serving role
- ability to work flexible hours and shifts
- good communication skills
- ability to handle cash transactions
- ability to follow state federal and corporate regulations related to serving alcohol
- customer service orientation
- ability to work as part of a team
- physical ability to stand and move for long periods
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Seats and takes accurate food orders from guests
- monitor food distribution ensuring meals are delivered to correct recipients and properly prepared and presented
- check station before during and after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness
- abide by all state federal and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages
- be familiar with all menu items their preparation and service procedure
- total checks present to guests and accept payment
- assist with bussing tables
- perform various other duties as assigned
