Job Requirements
- Team player with a sense of humor
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must demonstrate good math and communication skills
- Minimum 3 years experience as a salaried Manager in full service or fast casual restaurant
- Demonstrated leadership skills including coaching, directing, and motivating a team
- Exposure to P&L and sales building highly desirable
- Must be able to lift 30lbs frequently and up to 80lbs occasionally
- Able to operate office/restaurant equipment effectively using all limbs, fingers and must have ability to see
- Ability to stand, bend, and walk entire workday
- Able to work under high degree of physical, mental and emotional stress in fast-paced environment making timely decisions
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Conducts team member interviews
- Conducts team member reviews every 6 months and creates action plans to ensure growth and development
- Supports the Head Trainer to ensure training materials are consistently and effectively used
- Coaches and develops team members in their job roles
- Provides tools, education and experience for job performance
- Conducts new team member orientation
- Follows up with team members
- Conducts performance oriented training and maintains training records
- Supports the manager-in-training program
- Analyzes own strengths and weaknesses
- Develops self-improvement objectives and goals
- Supports General Manager in new manager development
- Delivers profitability by managing food and labor costs
- Ensures cost and labor goals are met
- Holds team members accountable for cost goals
- Completes checklists and reports accurately
- Supports inventory and action plans
- Provides input in budget and goals development
- Practices sound security measures
- Follows administrative guidelines and maintains records
- Supports team member reviews and hiring forms
- Reconciles payroll records
- Prepares labor schedules
- Maintains schedules matching sales budgets
- Documents disciplinary actions
- Conducts daily audits and cash checks
