Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of travel industry experience or equivalent skills
- basic knowledge and skills for daily responsibilities
- driver’s license
- ability to work flexible hours including after normal business hours and weekends
- capability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 pounds
- willingness to travel domestically twice a year
- ability to work in an air-conditioned office environment
- proficiency with general office equipment and software including Windows OS, MS Office, SABRE, CONCUR, and DEEM
- strong mental stamina for problem solving and handling stressful situations
- effective communication skills
- compliance with company policies
Job Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in the travel industry or equivalent skills
- possess basic knowledge and skills to perform day-to-day responsibilities
- ability to handle administrative and operational tasks
- good communication and problem-solving skills
- ability to work under close supervision

Job Duties
- Issue vouchers for suppliers
- issue second and past due invoices
- prepare itineraries and documents for group guides and escorts
- assist group onsite operations including hotel check-in, restaurant assistance, and bus dispatch
- manage accidents and report to management
- modify trip schedules for delays or returns
- contact emergency contacts in Japan
- manage irregular incidents like flight delays and cancellations under supervision
- report to agencies and suppliers timely
- answer client inquiries
- settle accounts receivables
- resolve customer complaints and report findings
- provide feedback and suggest solutions for operational improvements
- maintain communication with suppliers and management
- promote on-tour sales and control accounts receivables
- control guide service quality
