Job Requirements
- BA degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the alcoholic beverage industry
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of commercial and premium wines
- Ability to work independently
- Must be adaptive to change
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel frequently with overnight stays
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record
- Must have excellent safety and attendance records
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- BA degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the alcoholic beverage industry or related business with knowledge and passion for commercial and premium wines
- Strong understanding and working knowledge of alcoholic beverage retail environment
- Ability to work independently to achieve goals
- Intermediate wine knowledge or related certifications preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel with overnight stays as needed
- Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record
- Demonstrate integrity, character, and strong leadership skills
- Excellent safety, work performance, and attendance record
Job Duties
- Build and own relationships in retail independent accounts and key regional accounts with a focus on distributor management
- Assist in developing and implementing the annual operating plan including financial, volume, and distribution objectives
- Manage depletion and distribution objectives for the On and Off Premise channels in Florida
- Collaborate with TWG management to ensure new item and monthly retail priority execution
- Schedule and lead effective distributor sales meetings with management across all levels
- Introduce creative sales execution concepts and share successful practices across states and regions
- Manage administrative duties including monthly CPR, monthly phasing calendar, account list maintenance, and travel and entertainment expense reporting
- Manage assigned budgets including incentives, travel and entertainment, and other departmental expenses
- Ensure all sales practices comply with state and company policies and laws
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Senior Sales Director
