Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Track collections, process reimbursements, and enter daily logs
  • handle onboarding and termination paperwork
  • support phone coverage, scheduling, and basic HR coordination
  • receive, ship, and track inventory
  • investigate discrepancies
  • conduct audits and inspections
  • perform equipment scan procedures
  • prepare proposals and assist with sales order entry
  • manage daily transactions and incoming sales leads
  • coordinate facility upkeep and occasional events
