- Basic knowledge of irrigation, planting, fertilization, and pest management
- Ability to operate and maintain farm tools and small equipment

Job Duties
- Assist with planting, pruning, fertilization, pest control, and overall tree health to maximize fruit yield
- Install, maintain, and repair irrigation systems to ensure proper water flow and distribution
- Harvest crops and assist with washing, sorting, and packaging fruit for distribution
- Maintain orchard grounds including mowing, weeding, and soil conservation tasks
- Safely operate and maintain small agricultural equipment including tractors, mowers, weed whackers, and hand tools
- Track crop growth, log food safety data, and ensure compliance with agricultural regulations
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and productive operations
- Support site improvements, special projects, and other farm-related tasks as needed
