Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must complete Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification program by the end of the GM development plan if not already certified
- Must be able to pass background check
- Must possess a current, valid driver’s license
- Must be able to work varied hours/days including early mornings and weekends
- Expected to accept a permanent General Manager promotion within the market when available
- Expected to fill in for General Managers at other locations within the market
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience preferred
- Ability to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Basic knowledge of inventory and cash management
- Understanding of food safety regulations
- Valid driver’s license
Job Duties
- Perform management duties at a home location and support other bakeries in the market as needed
- Lead by example and act as a brand ambassador
- Provide ongoing coaching and training for team members
- Jump into various roles each shift to ensure high-quality food and beverages and a safe, clean store environment
- Conduct inventory tracking, vendor orders, and cash management
- Analyze profit and loss statements and achieve food cost and labor targets
- Recruit, schedule, and develop quality team members
