Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience preferred
- Ability to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends
- Must be able to pass background check
- Possess a current, valid driver’s license
- Must complete Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification program by end of GM development plan if not already certified

Job Duties
- Perform management duties at a home location and support other bakeries in the market as needed
- Lead shifts starting as early as 3am for store opening and first bake
- Provide ongoing coaching and training for team members
- Ensure high-quality food and beverages and maintain a safe, clean store environment
- Handle restaurant administrative duties such as inventory tracking, vendor orders, and cash management
- Learn and apply P&L analysis, food cost and labor management, scheduling, and recruiting
- Act as a brand ambassador and lead in absence of General Manager
