Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience preferred
- Ability to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends
- Must be able to pass background check
- Must possess a current valid driver's license
- Must complete Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification if not already certified
- Expected to fill in for General Managers at other locations
- Expected to accept General Manager promotion when available
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience preferred
- Ability to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends

- Ability to pass background check
- Completion of Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification program or willingness to complete it during development plan
Job Duties
- Perform management duties at home location and support other bakeries in the market as needed
- Travel within the market to gain independence and learn from other leaders
- Lead by example as a brand ambassador
- Coach and train team members continuously
- Oversee store opening and first bake starting as early as 3 am
- Ensure quality food and beverage preparation and maintain a safe, clean environment
- Manage administrative tasks including inventory tracking, vendor orders, and cash management
