Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work early morning shifts starting as early as 3 am
- Availability to work varied hours and days including weekends
- Willingness to accept permanent General Manager promotion when available
- Must pass background check
- Possess a current and valid driver’s license
- Complete Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification program if not already certified
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience preferred
- Ability to work varied hours and days including early mornings and weekends
- Completion of Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification program by end of GM development plan if not already certified
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background check
Job Duties
- Fill in for General Managers at other locations within the market as needed
- Support multiple bakery locations in the market with management duties
- Lead early morning shifts beginning as early as 3 am for baking and store opening
- Provide ongoing coaching and training to team members
- Serve as a brand ambassador and lead by example
- Ensure high-quality food and beverage standards are met
- Maintain a safe and clean store environment
