Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience preferred
- Ability to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends
- Pass background check
- Possess a current, valid driver's license
- Complete Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification program if not already certified

Job Duties
- Fill in for General Managers at other locations within the market as needed
- Accept permanent General Manager promotion within the market when available
- Perform management duties at home location and support other bakeries
- Lead first-bake and store opening duties starting as early as 3am
- Provide ongoing coaching and training for teams
- Maintain a safe, clean store environment
- Oversee restaurant administrative tasks including inventory tracking, vendor orders, and cash management
