Job Requirements
- expected to fill in for general managers at other locations within the market
- accept a permanent general manager promotion when available
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years leadership experience preferred
- able to work varied hours/days including early hours and weekends
- able to pass background check
- possess current valid driver’s license
- complete Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification by end of development plan

- ability to pass background check and possess a valid driver’s license
Job Duties
- perform management duties at a home bakery and support other locations as needed
- travel within market to gain leadership experience
- fill in for general managers in their absence
- lead by example and uphold brand standards
- provide ongoing coaching and training for team members
- maintain high food and beverage quality and store safety
- complete administrative tasks including inventory, vendor orders, and cash management
