Job Requirements

  • expected to fill in for general managers at other locations within the market
  • accept a permanent general manager promotion when available
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2 years leadership experience preferred
  • able to work varied hours/days including early hours and weekends
  • able to pass background check
  • possess current valid driver’s license
  • complete Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification by end of development plan

  • must complete Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification program if not already certified
  • ability to pass background check and possess a valid driver’s license

Job Duties

  • perform management duties at a home bakery and support other locations as needed
  • travel within market to gain leadership experience
  • fill in for general managers in their absence
  • lead by example and uphold brand standards
  • provide ongoing coaching and training for team members
  • maintain high food and beverage quality and store safety
  • complete administrative tasks including inventory, vendor orders, and cash management
