Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years leadership experience preferred
- Ability to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends starting as early as 3am
- Ability to pass background check
- Possess current valid driver’s license
- Must complete Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification if not already certified

Job Duties
- Lead by example and provide coaching and training for teams
- Perform management duties at home location and support other bakeries in the market
- Conduct store opening duties starting as early as 3am
- Ensure high-quality food and beverage preparation
- Maintain a safe and clean store environment
- Manage inventory tracking, vendor orders, and cash management
- Analyze profit and loss, achieve food cost and labor targets, schedule and recruit team members
