Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years leadership experience preferred
- Ability to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends
- Must pass background check
- Possess a current valid driver’s license
- Ability to complete ServSafe Certification during development plan if needed
Job Qualifications

- Ability to work early hours starting as early as 3am and weekends
- Must complete Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification program by the end of the GM development plan if not already certified
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to pass a background check
- Valid driver’s license
Job Duties
- Lead by example and serve as a brand ambassador
- Provide ongoing coaching and training to team members
- Oversee daily operations including store opening and first bake duties
- Support other bakery locations within the market as needed
- Manage inventory tracking, vendor orders, and cash management
- Conduct profit and loss analysis to achieve financial targets
- Recruit, schedule, and manage staff to meet labor and business demands
