Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- expected to fill in for General Managers at other locations within the market
- expected to accept a permanent General Manager promotion when available
- must be able to work early hours starting as early as 3 am
- must complete background check
- must have valid driver’s license
- must complete ServSafe Certification if not already obtained
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- a minimum of 2 years of leadership experience preferred
- ability to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends
- ability to pass background check
- possess a current, valid driver’s license
- completion of Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification program during GM development plan if not already certified
Job Duties
- perform management duties at a home location and support other bakeries in the market as needed
- fill in for General Managers in their absence
- lead by example and act as a brand ambassador
- provide ongoing coaching and training to team members
- ensure high-quality food and beverage preparation and a clean, safe store environment
- manage early morning baking and store opening duties
- perform administrative tasks including inventory tracking, vendor orders, cash management, scheduling, and recruiting
