Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years of leadership experience preferred
- ability to work varied hours including early morning shifts starting at 3 AM and weekends
- must pass background check
- must possess a current, valid driver’s license
- complete Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification program if not already certified

Job Duties
- fill in for General Managers at other locations within the market as needed
- accept a permanent General Manager promotion within the market when available
- perform management duties at home location
- support other bakeries in the market through travel
- lead by example and act as a brand ambassador
- provide coaching and training for team members
- ensure high-quality food and beverage preparation and maintain a safe, clean store environment
- complete restaurant administrative duties such as inventory tracking, vendor orders, and cash management
- learn and apply profit and loss analysis, scheduling, and recruiting while achieving food cost and labor targets
