Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Some travel with overnight stays required up to 70%
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record
  • Experience in business-to-consumer sales and sales management preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet applications
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, partners, suppliers, coworkers, managers, and the public
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read and understand instructions in various formats
  • Ability to prepare professional written correspondence and reports
  • Ability to use mathematical and financial tools relevant to business
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment such as smartphones, tablets, computers, and copiers

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Experience in business-to-consumer sales and sales management preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management software such as Salesforce preferred
  • Strong communication skills at all levels
  • Ability to solve complex business problems using logical thinking and good judgment
  • Ability to read, write, and understand oral, written, and diagram instructions
  • Ability to prepare professional written correspondence and reports
  • Ability to use mathematical, accounting, and financial tools
  • Competent in using standard office equipment including smartphones, computers, tablets, and copiers

Job Duties

  • Manage day-to-day performance and outcomes of Sales & Design Consultants in assigned district including KPIs
  • Provide on-the-ground support for sales employees to achieve lead goals
  • Assist with closing large or complicated sales including pricing coordination
  • Conduct periodic employee performance reviews in coordination with Regional Sales Director
  • Review pipeline health and CRM usage monthly with Sales & Design Consultants providing necessary training and coaching
  • Recruit, hire, train, and manage sales team members
  • Onboard and provide ongoing training and coaching for sales team
  • Perform safety training and represent sales team in safety committee meetings
  • Strategize and manage event planning and execution for local districts
  • Manage the district dealership program
  • Review sales cancellations and take action to prevent loss
  • Ensure compliance with social media review program
  • Coordinate with General Manager and District Manager for timely build scheduling and customer service
  • Utilize business reporting tools such as Salesforce to analyze business and sales trends
  • Conduct regular sales meetings
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management
  • Maintain district presence as scheduled including weekends and required hours
