Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable motor vehicle record
- Willingness to travel up to 70 percent within assigned territories including overnight stays
- Ability to work scheduled hours including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office and CRM applications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to solve complex business problems
- Ability to prepare professional written communications
- Experience in sales management preferred
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Experience in successful business-to-consumer sales and sales management of large ticket products preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Excel and PowerPoint
- Experienced in Customer Relations Management software such as Salesforce preferred
- Strong communication skills across all organizational levels and with external contacts
- Excellent problem-solving abilities using sound logic and judgment
- Effective reading, writing, and comprehension of oral, written, and diagram instructions
- Skilled in preparing professional written correspondence and reports
- Proficient in using standard office equipment like smartphones, computers, tablets, and copiers
- Knowledgeable in basic mathematical, accounting, and financial applications relevant to business operations
Job Duties
- Manage the day-to-day performance and outcomes of Sales & Design Consultants in the assigned district including KPIs
- Provide on-the-ground support for sales employees to ensure achievement of lead goals and assist with closing large or complicated sales including pricing coordination with RSD
- Conduct periodic employee performance reviews in coordination with RSD
- Review pipeline health and CRM usage monthly with SDCs providing necessary training and coaching
- Recruit, hire, train, and manage all sales personnel in the district
- Conduct safety training and represent the sales team during safety committee meetings
- Strategize and manage event planning and execution for local districts
- Manage the district dealership program
- Review all sales cancellations and take action to prevent loss of sale
- Ensure all sales staff follow prescribed social media review programs and follow-up on irregularities
- Coordinate with GM/DM to ensure timely build scheduling and customer service
- Utilize business reporting tools such as Salesforce for sales and business trend analysis
- Conduct regular sales meetings with Sales & Design Consultants
- Perform additional duties as assigned by Tuff Shed management
- Maintain presence in the district as scheduled including weekends and all required hours
