Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree or requisite experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record
- Willingness to travel up to 70 percent within the territory including overnight stays
- Ability to work all required hours including weekends
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Effective communication skills at multiple levels
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Ability to conduct safety training sessions and participate in safety committees
Job Qualifications
- Experience in successful business-to-consumer sales and sales management in large ticket products preferred
- Hands-on computer skills in Microsoft Office suite and Internet applications
- Experience with Customer Relations Management software such as Salesforce preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate at all levels
- Strong problem-solving skills using sound logic and judgment
- Ability to prepare professional correspondence and reports
- Ability to use mathematical, accounting, and financial tools
- Ability to use standard office equipment including smartphone, computer/tablet, and copier
Job Duties
- Manage the day-to-day performance and outcomes of Sales & Design Consultants in assigned district including KPI's
- Provide on-the-ground support for sales employees to achieve lead goals and assist with closing large sales
- Conduct periodic employee performance reviews in coordination with Regional Sales Director
- Review pipeline health and CRM usage, provide training and coaching
- Recruit, hire, train, and manage sales team members
- Onboard and provide ongoing training and coaching
- Perform safety training and represent sales team in safety committee meetings
- Strategize and manage event planning and execution
- Manage district dealership program
- Review sales cancellations and take action to prevent loss
- Ensure sales staff compliance with social media review programs
- Collaborate with General Manager and District Manager for build scheduling and customer service
- Utilize business reporting tools like Salesforce to review sales trends
- Conduct regular sales meetings with Sales & Design Consultants
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
- Maintain presence in district as scheduled including weekends and required hours
