Job Requirements
- Must have minimum 3 years experience in fine dining restaurant environment
- must have minimum 5 years experience in high volume preparation environment
- must be flexible to work extended hours including late nights, weekends, and holidays
- must be able to work in a team environment

Job Duties
- Demonstrates hands on approach to all bakery products ensuring quality and consistency
- in charge of development of standardized recipes and their accurate updates
- ensures all food products meet established specifications and standards
- assigns tasks for efficient labor use and timely production
- responsible for cleanliness and organization of pastry and bakery areas
- keeps knowledge of industry trends in pastry and baking
- guides teams to bake fresh pastries, desserts, and breads for all outlets
- executes concession department menus as established by regional and executive chefs
- reviews and modifies menu items using leftovers when possible
- coordinates with other departments regarding menu implementation
- provides recipes, training, and experience to staff
- develops recipe cards and assists in team training
- maintains presence throughout concessions during events
- ensures food handling complies with HACCP
- maintains excellent customer relations
- schedules labor and assigns responsibilities
- ensures compliance with company policies
- manages hiring, coaching, communication, and staff relations
- recommends improvements to production and service methods
- communicates changes and standards to team
- ensures sanitary, safe, and organized environment
- oversees kitchen equipment maintenance and repairs
- assists in annual budget process and departmental cost recommendations
- enforces health, safety, and sanitary regulations
- attends required meetings and training sessions
- acts as mentor, manager, team leader, and motivator
- supports other stadium culinary operations as needed
