Job Qualifications

- associate degree preferred or relevant workforce experience
Job Duties
- Create and manage work schedules for Butlers to ensure proper staffing levels
- manage Butler callouts and arrange replacements to avoid service disruptions
- complete doorstep trash and recycling collection services as needed in your district
- oversee the launch of services at new properties, coordinating Butler assignments and supplies
- conduct regular on-site visits and audits to monitor service quality and compliance
- address and resolve any on-site service issues or client complaints
- ensure accurate clock-ins and clock-outs and handle any payroll discrepancies
- monitor and manage the cost of goods sold (COGS) to ensure financial efficiency in service operations
- submit jot forms to replenish supplies as needed for service
- provide guidance and feedback to Butlers, addressing performance issues as necessary
- track and monitor Butler performance through scorecards and on-site evaluations
- handle worker's compensation claims and related issues for field staff
- perform other duties as assigned
