Job Duties
- Hire, develop, motivate, and manage a quota-achieving sales team
- Coach team on conducting discovery meetings, live demos, and crafting tailored solutions
- Enable and empower team through walk-ins, prospecting, trade shows, and local business partnerships
- Collaborate with peers and cross-functional teams to meet sales expectations
- Utilize Salesforce CRM and other tools to drive productivity and report on sales pipelines
- Analyze conversion rates and forecast deal pipelines
- Take accountability for new business growth in assigned district
