Job Requirements

  • 5 years of proven experience in multi-unit management within the QSR industry
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor, develop, hire, and lead high-performing teams
  • New restaurant opening experience
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in managing budgets, P&L, and strategic forecasting
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales and operational goals
  • Willingness and ability to travel, including mandatory training in California

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Oversee and manage operations across 5 restaurant locations in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex
  • Recruit, train, and support restaurant managers while fostering a positive and engaging team culture
  • Maintain operational excellence by ensuring adherence to company standards, systems, and procedures
  • Drive sales and profitability by setting clear objectives and monitoring performance
  • Develop strategies to optimize workflow, improve guest satisfaction, and increase market share
  • Work closely with the leadership team to create and execute local marketing plans tailored to the DFW market
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food quality standards
  • Travel to training sessions in California, and collaborate with regional and national management teams
