Job Requirements
- 5 years of proven experience in multi-unit management within the QSR industry
- Demonstrated ability to mentor, develop, hire, and lead high-performing teams
- New restaurant opening experience
- Strong financial acumen with experience in managing budgets, P&L, and strategic forecasting
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales and operational goals
- Willingness and ability to travel, including mandatory training in California
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Oversee and manage operations across 5 restaurant locations in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex
- Recruit, train, and support restaurant managers while fostering a positive and engaging team culture
- Maintain operational excellence by ensuring adherence to company standards, systems, and procedures
- Drive sales and profitability by setting clear objectives and monitoring performance
- Develop strategies to optimize workflow, improve guest satisfaction, and increase market share
- Work closely with the leadership team to create and execute local marketing plans tailored to the DFW market
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food quality standards
- Travel to training sessions in California, and collaborate with regional and national management teams
