Job Requirements
- Food Safety Managers Certificate required
- strong commitment to guest satisfaction
- ability to travel frequently up to 75 percent including overnight stays
- must be able to lift and carry supplies weighing up to 50 lbs
- must have sufficient mobility and physical ability for job duties
- must be able to operate point-of-sale system
- must meet health regulations regarding food handling
- must be able to communicate clearly in English
- ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- licensed to operate automobile without restrictions

Job Duties
- Represents Vibe Restaurants's vision, mission and core values
- oversees profit, sales, and guest count growth for assigned geographic area
- works with General Managers in assigned area to develop and execute growth plans
- manages cost controls including food, labor, and operating supplies
- prepares and interprets financial and operational reports
- analyzes and identifies gaps in operational performance and addresses them
- leads annual area planning process
- communicates company objectives through meetings and electronic communications
- encourages General Managers to promote community involvement and local marketing
- hires, trains, and develops General and Restaurant Managers
- facilitates rollout of new programs
- executes people plan including mentoring and succession planning
- maintains enjoyable and respectful environment
- resolves employee relations issues and partners with HR
- monitors compliance with brand standards and health codes
- checks facilities for compliance and takes corrective actions
- oversees security procedures
- builds relationships with support departments and franchisees
- partners with Franchise Business Leaders and other Coaches to build brand unity
- completes all reports and administrative tasks
- performs other assigned duties
