Job Duties
- Represents Vibe Restaurants's vision, mission and core values
- Oversees profit, sales, and guest count growth for assigned geographic area
- Works with General managers in assigned area to develop and execute growth plans
- Manages cost controls, including food and paper, labor, and operating supplies
- Prepares and interprets financial and operational reports and schedules, analyzes data and develops solutions
- Analyzes and identifies gaps in operational performance and addresses them
- Leads the annual area planning process by aligning area goals with corporate strategy
- Communicates the company's objectives to all store management teams
- Encourages community involvement and supports local store marketing plans
- Hires, trains and develops General Managers and Restaurant Managers
- Facilitates roll-out of new programs in assigned area
- Develops and executes people plan including mentoring and succession planning
- Maintains a respectful and enjoyable environment for guests and employees
- Resolves employee relations issues in partnership with HR
- Monitors compliance with brand standards, health codes and employment laws
- Checks equipment and facilities for corporate compliance
- Oversees security procedures to protect employees, guests and assets
- Builds relationships with support departments and franchisees
- Partners with Franchise Business Leaders and other Operations Coaches
- Completes and submits all required reports and documentation
- Performs other duties as assigned
