Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum experience in multi-unit restaurant management or related field
  • Food Safety Managers certificate
  • Ability to handle high stress situations
  • Proficient communication skills in English
  • Ability to coach and develop teams
  • Strong problem solving and decision making
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently up to 75%
  • Physical ability to perform required job functions including lifting up to 50 lbs and tolerating extreme temperature changes
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Compliance with state, county, or municipal regulations pertaining to food handling and health safety

Job Duties

  • Represent Vibe Restaurants's vision, mission and core values
  • Oversee profit, sales, and guest count growth for assigned geographic area
  • Work with General Managers to develop and execute growth plans
  • Manage cost controls including food, paper, labor, and operating supplies
  • Prepare and interpret financial and operational reports, analyze data, and develop solutions
  • Identify and address gaps in operational performance
  • Lead the annual area planning process aligned with corporate goals
  • Communicate company objectives to store management teams
  • Encourage community involvement and local store marketing plans
  • Hire, train, and develop General Managers and Restaurant Managers
  • Facilitate rollout of new programs
  • Develop and execute people plans including mentoring and succession planning
  • Maintain a respectful environment for guests and employees
  • Resolve employee relations issues and partner with Human Resources
  • Monitor compliance with brand standards, health codes, and employment laws
  • Check equipment and facilities for compliance and take corrective actions
  • Oversee security procedures to protect assets
  • Build relationships with support departments and franchisees
  • Partner with Franchise Business Leaders and other Operations Coaches
  • Complete and submit all reports and administrative documentation
  • Perform other assigned tasks and duties
