Job Requirements
- Ability to handle high stress situations

Job Duties
- Represent Vibe Restaurants's vision, mission and core values
- Oversee profit, sales, and guest count growth for assigned geographic area
- Work with General Managers to develop and execute growth plans
- Manage cost controls including food, paper, labor and operating supplies
- Prepare and interpret financial and operational reports and schedules
- Analyze and identify gaps in area operational performance and address them
- Lead the annual area planning process aligning goals with corporate strategy
